27 weeks

Well I have officially entered the lovely 3rd trimester. Baby Kate is doing great. She likes to bounce and jump when I am trying to relax at night....little party animal. All my stats are good. I've hit the 140lb mark a little faster than I would have liked to......as long as I don't hit 158 again like I did with Kyla. =)



The physical joys of the 3rd trimester have begun as well. The restless legs, pelvic pressure, running to the potty every hour, and tiredness have entered. And if my boobs get any bigger, I am going to scream! On a side note, I am having an ultrasound on one of my breasts next week. Nothing too concerning....doctor thinks it's related to increased blood vessels and capillaries after ruling an infection out. But just as a cautionary measure they want to get a closer look. A quick prayer for a clean reading! Really, I am not worried.



It seems we have so much to do and not enough time to prepare for Kate. We have 2 rooms to install wainscoting and crown molding in and then paint. We need to refinish some furniture for Kyla's room. Also, we need to install built ins to clear out all the craft junk in the room that will be hers.
